Domaine Ollier Taillefer welcomes you for a unique experience!

Your visit begins with a guided tour of the winery, where you will learn in detail about our wine production. Afterwards, you will enjoy a tasting of five of our cuvées – red, rosé, and white – in our cellar.

Located in the Faugères appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, our terroir of 100% schist gives the wines smooth tannins and strong minerality. During the visit, we will explain our winemaking process, the different blends, the grape varieties we work with, and the specific characteristics of our terroir.

You will also discover our new winery, designed according to organic principles, with systems that allow us to save water and electricity and reduce our environmental impact.
