The picnic hamper includes Torta al Testo (a sort of local focaccia) with cold cuts and cheeses, Omelet made with goose eggs, Spelt or pasta salad depending on the season, Fruit, Roccetti alla Vernaccia (traditional cookies), Water and a bottle of Grechetto or Sangiovese for every two people.
