Vertical Tasting of Barolo Crus: Ravera & Cannubi at Réva Winery in La Morra, Langhe
Here is what's in store for you
A member of the Réva Winery hospitality team will welcome you to this focused exploration of Barolo. Your visit begins with a tour of the production area, where you'll follow the path of the grapes from vineyard to bottle and learn about the estate's winemaking philosophy.
After the tour, you will take a seat in the winery's tasting room for a guided vertical tasting of six Barolos. The selection is designed to highlight the nuances of terroir and vintage by comparing two of the region's most historic crus, Ravera and Cannubi, across three distinct years. You will taste the 2016, 2017, and 2021 vintages of both the Barolo Ravera and the Barolo Cannubi.
This comparative tasting will allow you to analyze how each vintage influences the wine's structure, aromas, and aging potential, providing a deeper understanding of these expressions of Nebbiolo. The tasting is accompanied by water and breadsticks. Children are welcome and will be served water, breadsticks.
