This isn’t a tapas crawl or a history lesson; this is about sharing great wine and good food in places you might not find on your own.

We start in a local market with a simple but perfect first bite, paired with a specially selected local wine. From there, we’ll visit a handful of spots for Spanish cheeses, jamón, croquetas, tortilla, and a classic dessert, each with a carefully chosen wine to match. No gimmicks, no tourist traps, just real food, good wine, education about the food and wine being consumed, accompanied by a relaxed walk through one of Madrid’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
