Step behind the tasting table at our cozy wine shop in Ljubljana and embark on a flavorful journey through Slovenia's finest wine tradition. Settle in, swirl your glass, and prepare to be guided by a passionate local expert who will bring the country's three major wine regions to life – one sip at a time.
Over the course of about two hours, you'll taste seven carefully selected Slovenian wines, ranging from sparkling and crisp whites to rich reds and even vibrant orange wines. As you sip, you'll learn the secret behind the "5 S's" of wine tasting: Sight, Swirl, Smell, Sip & Savor – yes, even the savoring part counts.
Your host will bring you into the world of Slovenian terroir: the hills, soils, and microclimates that shape each grape; the traditions that have been passed down; and the fun quirks of each wine region. Expect engaging stories, fun facts, and interactive moments that make the evening more than just a tasting—it becomes an experience.
