"Short Tour" Organic Wine Tasting & Winery Visit at Weingut Zöller

Enjoy an authentic and personal wine experience at Weingut Zöller, an organic winery where passion, transparency, and craftsmanship come together.

Your visit begins with a warm welcome at the winery, accompanied by a glass of wine and a short introduction by the winemaker, who will share the story behind the foundation of Weingut Zöller and the philosophy that guides its work today. This opening moment sets the tone for an informal and engaging experience focused on honest wines and honest storytelling.

With a glass already in hand, you will head down to the wine cellar, where the winemaking process comes to life. Here, you’ll learn about organic viticulture, production methods, and the choices made from vineyard to bottle. During the cellar visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to taste wines still in progress, gaining insight into how wines evolve before reaching their final expression.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of finished wines that are available for purchase, allowing you to fully appreciate the winery’s style and character. In total, the tasting includes at least 5 wines, offering a well-rounded overview of the estate’s production.
