Here is what's in store for you
On the hills above Novigrad, there were three "kaštelirs” or forts: St. Dionysius, St. George, and Valaron. Three queens ruled those forts and overlooked the production of the noblest products of the area, providing sustainability for centuries: the Queen of Salt, the Queen of Oil, and the Queen of Wine.
The Istria tasting introduces you to the pillars of our region: native grape varieties Malvazija Istriana, Teran, and Muškat Ruža paired with our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, charcuterie, cheese selection, and truffle bruschettas.
