The Origins – Guided Tour & Wine Tasting at Cavalchina Winery

The Origins is an experience designed for those who wish to discover the world of Cavalchina and explore the roots of the Piona family's history and winemaking tradition.

The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery, during which guests will learn about the local territory, the production philosophy, and the key milestones that have shaped the estate's identity over generations. The tour is followed by a tasting of four selected wines, each representing one of the four estates owned by the Piona family. A journey through different terroirs, landscapes, and interpretations, offering the opportunity to appreciate the nuances and distinctive character of each place of origin.

The wines tasted during the tasting will be accompanied by a selection of local cheeses carefully paired to complement each wine.
