Full day excursion in Strasbourg & Organic winery tour and tasting

In just one day, get a comprehensive overview of Alsace’s culture, history and gastronomy!

This experience starts with a full bike tour of Strasbourg. In 2.5 hours this tour covers Strasbourg’s old town, as well as the German district of the 19th century and ends with the modern buildings. One could not think of a better introduction than a bike tour through Strasbourg, France’s most bike-friendly city. The tour is also available in a rickshaw. Next, enjoy a lunch break at one of our favorite restaurants. Depending on your choice and availability, the menu might be traditional Alsatian in a typical “Winstub” (“wine place”) or a dish of the day from the creative cuisine in a French bistrot. Alternatively, it is possible to go for a “tarte flambée” (similar to a pizza) in another place cherished by locals.

In the afternoon, follow your guide and enjoy a ride through the countryside. You will get to visit a small organic winery after a walk through the vineyards. Of course, this will be a perfect opportunity to taste some Crémant d’Alsace (the local version of Champagne) as well as some of Alsace’s numerous wine types. Finally, the minivan will bring us back to Strasbourg and drop you off at your hotel or anywhere you like.
