In this exclusive experience, travel in comfort aboard an elegant and quiet Tesla Model 3 — a fully electric, air-conditioned vehicle that ensures an eco-friendly and peaceful journey, that can fit comfortably up to 4 participants, along one of the most beautiful roads in the country: the famous N222. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Douro River, winding between centuries-old terraced vineyards that stretch across the steep slopes of the region.
The journey includes a stop in Peso da Régua, the capital of the Douro Demarcated Region, where you can soak up the local wine atmosphere, before continuing to the charming village of Pinhão, one of the valley’s most picturesque destinations.
During the tour, we will visit two traditional wine estates, where you’ll learn about the production methods of Port wine and DOC Douro wines, as well as taste their unique flavors. The experience culminates with a light meal paired with local wines, enjoyed in a relaxed setting overlooking the valley. After the tasting, we’ll take a walk of about 6 km, an easy route through vineyards and viewpoints with stunning views over Pinhão and the Douro River — an actual invitation to contemplate the beauty of nature and the region’s winegrowing culture.
To finish the day in style, we’ll embark on a tranquil cruise aboard a traditional rabelo boat, sailing between Pinhão and the mouth of the Tua River. This river journey offers a unique perspective of the region, allowing you to admire the lush green slopes and terraced vineyards that make the Douro so special. The N222 road, considered one of the most scenic drives in Portugal, provides memorable moments at every curve, revealing the essence of this unique region.
