During the guided tour at Azzolino, you'll have the opportunity to explore our production areas, learn about the winemaking process, and discover the story behind each bottle.
At the end of the tour, we'll guide you through a tasting of five select wines: Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola, Perricone, and Syrah, authentic expressions of our terroir.
The wines will be paired with a generous platter of typical local products, including cheeses, caponata, sfincione, and ricotta, carefully selected to enhance each glass with authentic and traditional flavors.
