Epernay, Reims & Hautvillers: Champagne Private Day Trip from Paris
Here is what's in store for you
We’ll pick you up directly from your hotel in Paris, and as we journey approximately 140 kilometers on the highway toward the Champagne region, your guide will share fascinating insights into the history of Champagne and the artistry behind its renowned wine production. The approximately two-hour drive offers scenic views of the rolling vineyards and picturesque landscapes that define this iconic region.
Your first stop will be the historic village of Hautvillers, famously known as the home of Dom Pérignon. Here, you’ll visit the grave of the legendary monk who played a key role in the development of Champagne, and enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding vineyards that still produce some of the world’s finest sparkling wines.
