You’ll start with a tour of the winery, learning about the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of this vintage. You’ll taste the different wines currently in production.
Next, discover the major grape varieties of the Bordeaux appellation. Explore their distinct features and what makes them unique, to better understand the complexity of Bordeaux blends. Using single-variety wines, you’ll craft your own blend to suit your taste, bottle it, and take it home.
