Create your own cava bottle workshop at Can Batlle!
Here is what's in store for you
The most entertaining and distinctive thing you can do when visiting our cellar at Can Batlle is the "Create your cava" session. You will learn everything there is to know about the production of Catalan wine, or cava.
In addition to tasting our finest cava (Palago winemaker's selection joven, Palago foodie's selection reserva and Palago farmer's selection gran reserva) during your visit, you will be able to disgorge your own bottle to take home. Don't forget to also check out the historic farmhouse and all of our other amenities. The elaboration room will be our next stop after tasting all of our caves. Here, you will select your favorite cava and use your hands to manually decant a bottle.
After that, you'll attach the bottle top and cork stopper and label it. This will be your bottle of cava, which you can sip whenever and wherever you like while reminiscing about the wonderful time you spent with us. This is a one-of-a-kind course in the wine tourism industry; experts will be with you at all times to help you discover all the mysteries surrounding this beverage.
