Every Tuesday at 6:00 p.m., join Bottega Minotti in Parioli, Rome for an unforgettable sensory journey dedicated to the artisan cheeses of Lazio and the Alta Quota craft beers from Cittareale (Rieti).
Led by Chef Edoardo Minotti, this refined yet convivial tasting combines storytelling, local culture, and gourmet pairings, celebrating the excellence of Lazio’s dairy traditions.
The experience includes a guided tasting of 8 Lazio cheeses paired with 3 Alta Quota craft beers, following a crescendo of intensity and flavor:
Alta Quota Bianca (Blanche) – Paired with fresh and delicate cheeses: Ricotta di bufala, Ricotta moscia di pecora, Stracchinato di mucca.
A light, citrusy, and spicy beer that enhances the sweetness and freshness of the milk.
Alta Quota N.8 (Tennents Style) – Paired with aged cheeses: Blu di capra, Marzolina di capra, Pecorino di Picinisco in fossa.
An amber, full-bodied beer, perfect with strong and savory cheeses.
Alta Quota Omid (Nera) – Paired with semi-aged cheeses: Pecorino di Picinisco, Conciato di San Vittore.
A dark, creamy beer with cappuccino and cocoa notes for a soft, enveloping finish.
Each pairing is served with Triticum bakery bread, artisan honey and mustards, creating a perfect balance of textures and aromas.
