Kick off the experience with a welcome glass of Champagne and an introduction to the fascinating world behind this iconic wine. Your guide, full of passion and local knowledge, will walk you through Champagne's rich history, terroir, and economic importance, offering stories and insights that bring the bubbles to life.
Next, awaken your senses with a playful aroma workshop that trains your nose to detect the delicate scents unique to Champagne. You’ll also receive expert tasting tips to help you better understand and enjoy every sip.
Finally, put your skills to the test in a blind tasting of 3 Champagnes from independent producers. Compare color, aroma, mouthfeel, and taste as you uncover your personal favorite in this hands-on and informative session.
This 90-minute workshop ends around noon, leaving you enriched, refreshed, and ready to explore more of Reims—or continue the Champagne journey on an optional afternoon vineyard tour.
