This refined experience begins with a walk through the historic vineyards, leading guests to the winery and the charming Locanda Palazzone, where the agricultural soul of the estate meets the timeless elegance of its architectural heritage. Step by step, guests will discover the history, traditions, and philosophy behind one of the most iconic wineries in the Orvieto area.

Before lunch, an introductory tasting journey presents four wines that express the territory with style and personality: Terre Vineate Orvieto Classico Superiore D.O.C., Grechetto Umbria I.G.T., Pinot Grigio Ramato Umbria I.G.T., and Sangiovese Umbria I.G.T. The experience then continues with a tasting of the estate’s exclusive Metodo Classico, a limited-production sparkling wine created by Pietro, the third generation of the family.

Lunch is paired with a further selection of prestigious wines from the finest vineyard parcels, showcasing depth, elegance, and remarkable aging potential. Each wine is thoughtfully matched with seasonal local dishes carefully prepared to enhance the tasting experience. The journey concludes with the estate’s Vendemmia Tardiva Orvieto Classico Superiore D.O.C., offering a memorable and elegant finale.

Throughout the experience, guests will enjoy a total tasting of 8 wines, divided into two personalized moments before and during lunch, in a setting immersed in the beauty and history of the Umbrian countryside surrounding Orvieto.
