Even history knows how to be young. After the Museum and the cellars that hold over a century of stories, the tempo changes: four wines born from steel — fresh, direct, made for good company. Pinot Spumante, to start the dancing. Sauvignon Blanc, taut and bright. Barbera d’Asti, the soul of Monferrato. And Ruchè di Castagnole, the fragrant plot twist you never saw coming.
This tasting is a toast to the way we drink now: spontaneous, vibrant, and full of personality, while remaining deeply rooted in the hills and traditions of Monferrato.
At the end of the experience, guests will have the opportunity to purchase their favorite labels at the cozy Bersano Wine Shop.
