To end, you will enjoy the tasting of three different types of wines paired with local delicacies on Podere della Bruciata's panoramic terrace. You will have the opportunity to taste: Rosato Toscano IGT or Bianco Toscano IGT; Chianti Colli Senesi DOGC, and Rosso di Montepulciano DOC.
The wines will be paired with a selection of local delicacies including Pecorino di Pienza with jam made with produce from the estate's vegetable garden, grilled or toasted bread with the estate's extra virgin olive oil, bruschetta with Tuscan-style liver pate and bruschetta with Aglione della Valdichiana sauce (a sauce prepared with giant garlic typical from the Valdichiana area).
