The experience includes a guided tasting of four wines, among them “Alba”, the winery’s first traditional method sparkling wine. The wines are paired with a rich selection of local specialties, including cheeses, cured meats, pane cunzato, a traditional dish prepared by artisan producers, and a typical Sicilian dessert to end the experience on a sweet note.
