Fantastic
discovering the history and the production method of their products, but above all the dedication they devote.
As for the products, they are truly an excellence of the territory.
I highly recommend having this experience.
Everything fantastic.
From the welcome, to the products.
Pleasant and instructive
The Pietraserena winery is just a few minutes from the center of San Gimignano.
Upon our arrival they welcomed us with kindness and friendliness, they took us for a short walk to see the vineyards and explain the history of this winery where the owner lives and produces his "Arrigoni" wines. We visited the cellar where they explained the production of their wines, very beautiful and interesting.
Then we returned to the terrace where the tasting of three wines took place.
Every single glass was described and recounted with its history and its production process. All this accompanied by local cured meats, pecorino cheese, crostini and bread with their oil.
A beautiful day, a beautiful view and a friendly and welcoming staff.
Thank you for the lovely experience, Donatella.
