Day 1-  Welcome to Piedmont Independent arrival  in Piedmont in the Unesco hills of Langhe, Monferrato, Roero. You'll be given the correct address for checking in and relax. Driver at disposal for dinner in one of the most refined Michelin-starred restaurants in the area. Overnight stay.

Day 2- Underground Cathedrals, Barbaresco Wine Region

After breakfast, you'll met with your driver and departure for the Monferrato area to discover the spectacular and wonderful galleries called “Underground Cathedrals”, Unesco World Heritage site: in these underground tunnels time passes slowly, allowing the classic method to replicate the miracle of the monk Pierre Perignon. Guided visit to a selected and well-known winery in the Asti area, with tasting. Lunch in a characteristic restaurant. In the afternoon, time to discover the Barbaresco wine region, with suggested panoramic stops in Neive, one of the “Best Villages of Italy”, and Barbaresco with its panoramic tower. Guided visit to a well-known family-run wine cellar, with tasting. Dinner in one of the most refined Michelin-starred restaurants in the area.

Day 3 - Barolo Wine Region, La Morra, Grinzane Cavour

After breakfast, meeting with your driver and departure to discover the Barolo wine region, with a panoramic tour through La Morra, Barolo, Monforte and Serralunga d’Alba.
Great wine experience with a passionate wine maker: guided visit to the well-known wine cellar, with walk in the vineyards, explaining about wine production, tasting of wines with hints at the sensorial analysis: smells, flavours, colours… A full immersion in this fascinating world to understand the hard work and the passion. Lunch in a characteristic restaurant. In the afternoon, guided visit at the Grinzane Cavour Castle or at the Barolo Castle, with the Wine Museum. Dinner in one of the most refined Michelin-starred restaurants in the area.

Day 4-  Check out , Departure  

After breakfast and check-out, free time and optional transfer to the airport or other locations
