Over approximately two hours, they will taste four premium wines, showcasing either ancestral Catalan grapes or New World selections, each accompanied by curated thematic tapas, which may include items such as a personal mini-board of artisan cheeses and cured meats. The experience blends education with storytelling, led by a sommelier who shares the history and craft behind each pour.
