Wine Tasting Experience at Bodegas Calvente in the Costa Granadina

You will be welcomed at Bodegas Calvente, a family winery located on the Costa Granadina, where the experience begins with an introduction to the history, philosophy, and winemaking tradition of the estate. From arrival, you will be guided through the winery facilities, discovering the production areas, winemaking machinery, and ageing spaces while learning about the full production process from grape to bottle. Throughout the visit, you will gain insight into the techniques and craftsmanship that define winemaking in the Costa Tropical.

The experience continues with a guided tasting of 5 selected wines, showcasing the Bodegas Calvente's most distinctive expressions. Enjoy a pioneering 100% dry Moscatel de Alejandría made from century-old vines, alongside a selection of red wines crafted from 70–80-year-old vines and international varieties adapted to the Costa Granadina terroir. The tasting is paired with a curated assortment of tapas — such as local cheeses, cured meats, and traditional bites — carefully chosen to enhance each wine’s aromas and flavours. A visual analysis of the wines’ colours and characteristics is also included.
