On the Road to Taurasi: Irpinia Wine Experience at Giovanni Molettieri

The tour at Giovanni Molettieri Winery begins with a visit to the vineyards, where guests will learn about the cultivation methods used in this unique Irpinia terroir. The experience then continues in the cellar, with an in-depth explanation of the winemaking, aging, and bottling processes that define the identity of Giovanni Molettieri’s wines.

The tour concludes with a guided tasting of five classic wines from the Giovanni Molettieri Winery: Irpinia Aglianico DOC, Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC, Taurasi DOCG, Fiano di Avellino DOCG, and Greco di Tufo DOCG.

During the tasting, the wines will be paired with typical local products, carefully selected according to the season. Guests will enjoy regional cured meats, local cheeses, and the winery’s own olive oil.
