Your tasting journey begins with a glass of “Double One” Spumante Brut, paired with hand-stretched breadsticks prepared with hazelnuts and Greco di Tufo wine, offering a refined introduction to the local flavors of the region.

The experience continues with a glass of “Zì Tano” Irpinia DOC Campi Taurasini, a wine that reflects the character and structure typical of Irpinia’s renowned red wines.

Both wines are accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, enriched with Petrillo’s artisanal preserves, as well as assorted appetizers prepared by the chef.
