With this experience, you'll have the opportunity to spend an hour immersed in the Prosecco hills and discover the small reality of Ghisolana.

From the raising of livestock to the cultivation of the products of the earth, from the management of the house to the relationship with friends and customers, the Dall'Est Family pays special attention to quality with the utmost respect for nature. They have chosen to work only grapes from the high hills under organic management. Their vineyards are located in hills that enjoy a privileged climate: favorable sun exposure, good temperature ranges between day and night, a constant breeze, and just the right amount of rainfall.

The winery selected the DNA of Glera vines with over 100 years of life by grafting the clones into new vines. The hill inclination does not allow irrigation and mechanization, and the soils force the root systems to space out as much as possible in search of nutrients. Ghisolana's grapes are harvested by hand, just as they perform much of the work in the vineyard by hand. Starting from an excellent raw material allows them to minimize processing in the cellar and obtain an authentic, genuine product that tells the story of the territory.
