The menu includes:

IGT Toscana Bianco paired with a platter of pecorino cheeses, honey, and jams.

IGT Toscana Rosato or IGT Toscana Rosso served with a selection of local cured meats and bruschettas drizzled with IGP Tuscan Olive Oil.

Pinó Rosso Toscana IGT paired with a choice of a traditional first course.

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG paired with peposo alla fornacina (a classic Tuscan beef stew) and a seasonal side dish.

Excellent tasting and impeccable welcome
A truly very positive experience; we were welcomed with great warmth and professionalism, the tour was interesting and engaging.
The wines tasted are of excellent quality, presented with passion and explained clearly; top wine and food pairing!!!

A wonderful discovery
The winery is small but well-kept, the girl who guided us through the experience was kind, very knowledgeable and helpful, we tasted 4 wines and the food pairings were good and also abundant, I highly recommend this small establishment.

Young winery
A young winery in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, the flagship product is the red wine but we also liked the white and the rosé. Young and very kind people.

Best tasting
The experience was excellent. We were guided by a sommelier who, in addition to the tour of the cellar and the vineyards (a rather common thing), explained to us how to taste the wines. From smell to taste, then trying them with various foods. Fantastic experience.
