Immersive cellar tour, tasting, and "planchette" at Zeyssolff Winery in Alsace
Here is what's in store for you
At Cave Zeyssolff, the experience begins in the cellar with a wine tasting, accompanied by an informative video explaining the Alsace winemaking process.
Guests are then guided through the family cellar dating back to 1850, where century-old oak barrels still used in wine production can be discovered. Following the organic conversion of the estate, the cellar was renovated to host a unique scenographic space. Zeyssolff Winery offers a one-of-a-kind 180° immersive video projected directly onto the historic barrels, an experience unique in France. Rather than focusing on vineyard techniques, the film shares a personal story and the winery’s philosophy, enhanced by sound design and selective video mapping for full immersion.
The experience continues in the dining bar area with a tasting meal including a soup, a mixed board of cheese, fish, and charcuterie, and a traditional Alsatian dessert. Each dish is paired with a glass of wine from the estate.
Children may choose from a dedicated menu including sausages, vegetable crisps, drinks, and dessert. Children can also attend without prior registration and select their menu on site. A guide is available throughout the visit to answer questions and accompany guests.
