Gastronomic Hike in Agerola: Amalfi Coast Walk & Cooking Class
Here is what's in store for you
This gastronomic experience combines an unforgettable hike in Agerola, on the Amalfi Coast, with a hands-on cooking class featuring local traditions.
The day begins with a scenic hike from Bomerano to San Lazzaro, covering approximately 7 km (about 5 miles) and lasting around 3 hours. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and discover one of the most authentic areas of the Amalfi Coast.
At the end of the hike, you will take part in a cooking class where you will prepare some of the region’s most iconic specialties. Together, you will make fresh pasta, cow-milk mozzarella (Fior di Latte di Agerola), and a delicious tiramisu.
The experience concludes with a convivial meal, where you will taste what you have prepared: Fior di Latte di Agerola, pasta with tomato or Sicilian-style sauce, tiramisu, and a glass of wine.
