Flavors of Provence: Full-Day Wine Discovery Tour in the Var from Côte d'Azur

Embark on a full-day journey through the enchanting Var region of Provence, exploring between 3 and 4 prestigious AOC Côtes de Provence estates. This tour is ideal for those staying in or around Cannes, Nice, Saint-Tropez, or anywhere along the Côte d’Azur, offering a perfect mix of wine, scenery, and culture.

We’ll travel along scenic routes through the Provençal forest toward Draguignan, passing close to the historic beaches of Operation Dragoon where the US Army landed in 1944. This landscape, rich in winemaking tradition, is where over 85% of the land is devoted to vineyards.

You’ll enjoy guided tastings at each estate, with a minimum of three wines — whites, reds, and rosés — at each stop. Some estates, like Domaine d’Esclans, offer an extended tasting of up to five rosé wines, including the celebrated Whispering Angel. Other possible winery stops include: Château Saint Martin, Château Font du Broc, Domaine de Sainte Roselyne, Domaine des Roses, Domaine d’Esclans, and Domaine des Preyres.
