Live a unique experience at Villa Simone, discover the food and wine heritage of the Castelli Romani area, and savor the fruits of this land!

The wine tour starts between the rows of vines of Villa Simone, where you will be accompanied by the Costantini Family, who will passionately tell you the story of the particular terroir of the Castelli Romani and of their family. Walk with them through all the major stages of production (crushing, vinification, and aging) while walking through the winery, the barrique cellar, and up to the cave.

At the end of the guided tour, you will enjoy a wine tasting of the following four wines:
- Spumante Brut
- Villa dei Preti Frascati Superiore DOCG
- La Torraccia IGP
- Ferro e Seta IGP (or Cannellino di Frascati DOCG)
The tasting will be accompanied by a platter with local artisanal salami, aged cheese, and pizza baked in a wood-fired oven.

Great vineyard experience Close to Rome

Wonderful afternoon out from Rome without having to go far! A great way to experience the Frascati region. We were greeted by our host, Sara who treated us to tour. Starting in the vineyard, through the winery and finally for a great tasting session in the cellars! Excellent hospitality! Great wine and super salami and cheese to go along. The tour was a private tour, was around 2.5 hours and Sara was wonderful. Highly recommended.
Desert wine was one of the best we had.
