The Demarie Winery, a family-owned business that is now in its third generation, is ready to welcome you to the territory of Roero for a special blind tasting experience.
During the tour of the winery, you'll be able to observe the different techniques of winemaking and wine aging, to then get to the wine tasting.
In the blind wine-tasting experience, the bottles will be covered and black glasses will be used, in order to stimulate your sense of smell and taste as you try to understand which wine you are trying. Four typical and characteristic wines from the winery and Roero will be served, accompanied by typical cured meats and cheeses from the area.
